CHAIN-BELT SORTER
The CBS sorter is specially designed for sorting higher weights up to 40Kg. Sortteq's sorter uses bi-directional rotating chain belts as the carrying and sorting unit. The belts are clicked onto the steel chain with bearings using the easy-lock system. The sorter uses a vertically circulating layout with a compact structure. The distance between the carriers is 95 mm centre-to-centre, which is shorter than that of conventional carriers, allowing the sorter to sort different sizes of parcels, large parcels, small parcels, long parcels, boxes, envelopes, polybags, jiffy bags, etc. simultaneously without too much space loss, thus increasing throughput.
"Easy-Lock" system
Sortteq's "easy-lock" system offers users an easy way to perform maintenance, as belt replacement can be done with just two retaining clips. This innovative solution makes it possible to install a new belt quickly and without much effort, increasing the accessibility and efficiency of the system.

Chain Belt
Sortteq's chain carriers are innovatively designed with special polyacetal links that move smoothly over a self-lubricating plastic guide. Within the frame is a bearing supported linear carriage which supports the internal linear movement within the aluminium profile, ensuring efficient operation. The unique design uses lateral friction to drive the chain, eliminating the need for an external power source.
